ERRATA NOTIFICATION

Please be advised that an error was found on page 406 of the print version of the book in the monograph, Nutritional Myopathy.

The Chronic Treatment section of the monograph located in the right hand column includes a dosage for injectable selenium. This dosage is misstated as 3 mg/kg body weight, IM or SC.

The correct dosage is 0.06 mg/kg body weight IM or SC.

Please make a permanent notation in your book so that this correction is properly communicated to all those who use the print version for reference.

The correct dosage appears in the Nutritional Myopathy monograph you will find on this website.
